NEW CLIENTS
To ensure a happy and safe experience for all our canine guests and their families, new clients are required to fill out the client assessment form as part of our application/assessment process.

Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Fill out our Client Information Sheet and Customer Agreement form here. When you click submit, the form gets delivered to us via email and we will be in contact with you within 24 to 48 hours.

Once you have submitted the new client enrollment form, we then will contact you via email to arrange a date and time to have you and your dog come in for a free half day consultation.

The consultation consists of doing a meet and greet, giving you a tour of the facility, talking in further detail about HFX DOG and any questions you might have. We then ask you to leave your dog behind for a half day to play with the others in the play area and then for you to pick him/her up between noon and 1pm.
If everything goes well, he/she enjoys the space and plays well with others, you can then book him/her into the play area anytime using our online booking system.
