When purchasing any full day packages, we are unable to break full days into partial days, 2 hours or 1 hour. When purchasing any half day packages, we are unable to "top up" to full days
HFX DOG Late Pick Up Fee
Late Charges:
HFX DOG closes at 6:00 p.m. Dogs not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be charged a late fee. We understand that situations and emergencies arise and we will try hard to work with you, please let us know if you’re running behind.

The following late fees are as follows:
​
-Up to 15 minutes: $25.00 late fee
-15 to 30 minutes: $50.00 late fee
-After 30 minutes: $100 and, if we cannot reach you or your emergency contacts, your dog will be safely boarded at an additional expense to you.
​
(We do not profit on late fees; all late fee charges will be donated to Litters 'n Critters Rescue Society)
Dog Walking
(All employees are insured and bonded)
One Dog:

Off Lead Group Walk: $25.00
Private Walk: $20.00
Let Out: $15.00
Two Dogs: (Same household)

Group Walk: $35.00
Private Walk: $25.00

Off Lead Group Walk:

Price includes pickup and drop off at your home address, 1hour off lead hike with other dogs at Long Lake enjoying lots of fun, exercise, socialization and swimming in the summer months

Private Walks:
​
30 minute on lead walk around your neighborhood.
​
Let Outs/Puppy Visits:
​
15 minute on lead walk around your neighborhood or play in your backyard.
Cancellations: 24 hour cancellation notice is required for the dog walking, canine play area and pickup/drop off appointments. You will be charged for whatever reservation you have within 24 hours of your cancellation
